罗维让王道主演了电影《黄面老虎》虽然在电影中王道展示了自己灵活的身手和极具天赋的演技但罗维坚持让王道模仿李小龙连电影的反派都是李小龙电影《猛龙过江》里的查克.罗礼士这样的粘贴复制，让这部电影完全没有意义对标李小龙？这只是复制李小龙导致影片票房并不好，罗维很快就放弃了王道罗维本身在电影导演上才华有限，但对演员选角和挖掘新人上眼光非常不错王道 2000年后他就很少在电影里出现了，不过他还是客串了《古惑仔之胜者为王》
